Practical lessons on philosophy

Learn a Little. Live Better.

Why should you read my blog

Most self-improvement advice tells you what to do. I want to focus on what actually works in real life. I write about habits, philosophy, mistakes, books, and lessons I’m learning—using simple language and practical ideas. I’m not here to pretend I have life figured out. I’m learning too. If something I write helps you think differently, try something new, or understand yourself a little better, then it was worth writing.

  • Lessons: Useful ideas I’ve learned from books, podcasts, articles, and people.

  • Journal: What I’m thinking, experiencing, and learning.

  • Habits: My habits, experiments, progress, successes, and failures.

It tries to empathize with how variable life is & so it highest value is to “try” & be practical
